HOW TO APPROACH A BODY-CLEANSE IN THE FALL?

Last week I talked about doing a BODY DETOX or ORGAN CLEANSE during the early half of fall season.

Most people who give this a try, focus on the most important part: exercising discipline in what they eat and drink.

This means organic vegetables, healthy fats, and lean proteins; smaller portions perhaps; high-quality water, and minimal alcohol consumption, while also eliminating deserts and late-nite snacks.

In a way, you feel healthy nourishment, and also a tad-bit hungry at times, which would be good to drink more lemon water.

For those who feel they want to cleanse and repair their liver, kidney, or colon: specific foods can facilitate that, as well as specific dietary supplements.

Our liver, for example, reacts well to MilkThistle, Dandelion, Juniper, Turmeric, and Bupleurum.

Kidneys are best cleansed with Dandelion, Celery, Horsetail, Parsley, Cornsilk, and Stone Breaker.

And increasing fibers is always helpful when cleansing the intestines and colon.
