We are in our fall season; this usually means beautiful autumn colors, pleasant temperatures, a seemingly rapid change in daylight hours, as well as constant reminders that this year’s Holliday Season is upon us.
Fall is also the time to think about a personal DETOX regiment, in order to get out liver, kidneys and rest of the body ready for the possibility of an upcoming dietary onslaught.
We are slowly entering that time of year where people become more anxious and depressed, aches and pains are more obvious, body images cause more self-esteem issues, digestive problems are more prevalent, and, sadly, attempted suicides are increasing.
