But his estimates “within a few feet” of the right depth is still over 80%. He has been all over the country “…helping His (God’s) people…” to find earth’s most precious source: water. Vern Bandy knows his talents/gift, but is an extremely humble man. He knows the land extremely well, and has a wonderful story to tell.
